Job Title: Insolvency Administrator

Location: Altrincham, Cheshire (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH)

Overview:

Imperium Financial Recruitment is working with a well-established Insolvency firm in Altrincham to recruit an Insolvency Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to further their career within Corporate Insolvency, with particular focus on Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) and Administrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, with emphasis on CVLs and Administrations.
  • Drafting statutory reports, letters, and other key documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Undertaking investigations into company affairs and preparing necessary reports.
  • Assisting senior colleagues with complex cases and contributing to team targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation, internal procedures, and case progression deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience within a Corporate Insolvency role.
  • Solid knowledge of CVLs and Administrations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, with experience using insolvency software (desirable but not essential).
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
