Location: Swanland, East Riding of Yorkshire

Time type: Part time

Schedule: Working 7pm–9am on a 7‑on / 14‑off basis.

Role Accountabilities

• Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
• Provide clear updates to clients about patient status.
• Maintain professional excellence and adhere to regulatory, practice and operational standards.
• Prepare accurate treatment plans with cost estimates.
• Mentor, develop and lead the team to improve skills and performance.
• Promote and share clinical best practice within the practice and across Medivet.

Qualifications and Experience

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
• Experience in emergency and critical care.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality care to patients and clients.
• Strong teamwork and clinical leadership skills.
• Experience supporting nurse consults and scheduling procedures to enhance clinic efficiency.
• Effective coaching and influencing skills to develop colleagues.
• Experience implementing a progressive clinical culture.
