Job Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Services Field Support to join us, field based covering our Yorkshire and North‑East regions. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will champion IT and business initiatives and be a focal point, assisting and training regional and site teams to adopt technologies. The role plays a key part in the successful coordination, delivery, in‑life support, and removal/re‑deployment of digital technology solutions utilised by our business.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of digital technology solutions across Yorkshire and North‑East regions.
  • Provide in‑life support, maintenance and removal/re‑deployment of information‑technology equipment and cabling.
  • Assist regional and site teams through training and troubleshooting of Microsoft and other infrastructure, applications and networking technologies.
  • Use hands‑on technical skills such as working at height, using power tools and installing varied technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Full UK Clean driving licence.
  • Experience in a field‑based role within mixed technology environments (IT, Audio‑Visual, Digital Signage).
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft products (Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive) and desktop support.
  • Knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and troubleshooting of cellular technologies (3G, 4G, 5G).
  • Experience deploying, configuring and troubleshooting mixed technology solutions.
  • Relevant technical training, certifications or qualifications.
