Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.

- Evaluate existing systems, applications, and processes to recommend enhancements, optimizations, and technology-driven improvements.
- Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate understanding of project requirements.
- Support project planning, implementation, testing, and deployment activities to ensure successful delivery of business solutions.
- Analyze business data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and growth.
- Participate in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and business cases to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Monitor project outcomes and measure solution effectiveness against defined business goals and key performance indicators.
- Support organizational change management initiatives by assisting with process adoption, training, and user engagement activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, business analysis methodologies, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.
