Contract: 12 MonthsLocation: Belfast (Hybrid)Rate: Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Lead to join a leading fintech organisation on a major strategic programme delivering high-volume payment solutions used globally.
This role is ideal for a hands-on testing leader with strong experience in test automation, quality engineering, and enterprise-scale software delivery. You’ll work closely with architects, developers, and engineering teams to drive testing strategy, improve automation frameworks, and ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
Key Experience
Strong background in Test Leadership, QA, or Quality Engineering
Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments
Test automation and framework experience
Strong understanding of modern testing methodologies and best practices
Experience working within Agile and CI/CD environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
Define and drive testing strategy across key programmes
Lead and improve automation and quality engineering practices
Collaborate with development, architecture, and delivery teams
Ensure quality is built into solutions throughout the SDLC
Drive continuous improvement across testing processes, tools, and frameworks
Support the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications
