Snr International Sales Manager

Fully Remote (UK or Europe) | International Travel Required (~30%)

A fast-growing, commercially focused medical technology company is seeking a Senior International Commercial Manager to lead revenue growth across multiple global regions.

This is a senior international role within a high-performance commercial team, responsible for driving market expansion, managing strategic distribution partnerships, and supporting adoption of innovative surgical technologies used across specialist procedural areas.

About the Role

You will play a key role in shaping and executing international commercial strategy across diverse healthcare markets. The role is focused on distributor-led growth, strategic account development, and building strong long-term relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders.

This is a fully remote position (UK or Europe-based) with approximately 30% international travel across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive international commercial growth across multiple regions and market segments
  • Develop and execute regional sales and market expansion strategies aligned to global objectives
  • Manage and grow distributor, agent, and channel partner relationships
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across specialist surgical markets
  • Build strong relationships with key clinical users and decision-makers
  • Support product education, training initiatives, and customer engagement activities
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting
  • Lead partner enablement and support execution in local markets
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, regulatory, and commercial operations
  • Troubleshoot challenges across markets and ensure smooth execution of commercial plans

Ideal Candidates

  • 5–10+ years’ experience in international medical device sales or commercial roles
  • Strong background in distributor management and multi-region market development
  • Experience working within surgical device, implantable technology, or similar regulated healthcare environments
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth across international territories
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously across multiple time zones in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including engagement with clinical audiences
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%
