Role overview
TheSeniorPeople Business Partner will play a key role in supporting thedevelopmentand deliveryofan ambitiousPeople strategy at FRP. Working closely with theAssociate Director – People Partnersand People Director, this individual willassistin deliveringstrategicprojects and providing operational support tothe wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadershipand other business leaders, providing strategic direction on complex People matters
- Support the Associate Director – People Partners and the People Director toembed the People strategy, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand fostering a high-performance culture
- Drivechange management initiatives, supporting leaderswithorganisational transformation andmaintainingemployee engagement
- Play a key part in developingdata drivenmanagementinformation, sharingwith business leaders to understand people priorities and support with strategic planning
- Provideexpert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring consistency in approach and adherence to best practices
- Ensure the successful completion of FRP’s annual processes including pay review, performancereviewsand bonuses
- Lead on TUPEtransferprocesses, ensuringa smooth,timelyand positive employeeexperience
- Partner withand share regular feedback withthe Talent Acquisition,PeopleDevelopmentand People Operationsteamsto shape workforce planning, succession strategies, and leadership development
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to the People Business Partners including job shadowing andknowledge sharing
- Play a key role in helping to developmeaningfuldatadriven management informationand board reports
- Analyse workforce data and provide insights that inform business decisions, ensuring alignment with commercialobjectives
- Act as a champion for organisational culture, embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into HR strategy and people practices
- Collaborate with People Operations to refine policies, processes, and initiatives that drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
- Represent the People function in leadershipmeetings, proactively shaping HR strategies that support business growth
- Maintainand shareup-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements and best practices to ensure compliance
