Kinship Family Support Specialist – Trauma-Informed Care

Bury Council is seeking a compassionate and resilient Family Support Worker to join the Kinship Support Team. The role is a fixed-term position for 12 months, requires 37 hours per week and may include occasional evenings or weekends.

The worker will provide practical, emotional and therapeutically informed support to Special Guardians, kinship carers, children and young people to promote placement stability and emotional wellbeing.
