The Breakfast Manager will play a key role in shaping the morning offering, delivering a refined yet relaxed start to the guest experience.
Breakfast Manager Requirements An experienced and motivated hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant or hotel breakfast service.Confident leading a team during busy breakfast periods, ensuring smooth and efficient service from opening through to transition into daytime operations.Strong understanding of high-quality food and beverage service, with attention to detail and consistency.Ability to create a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests at the start of their day.Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage reservations, staffing and service flow effectively.Experience training, motivating and supporting front-of-house team members to maintain exceptional service standards.Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to adapt quickly during high-volume service periods.Strong knowledge and implementation of food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.A collaborative mindset, working closely with kitchen and wider food and beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as required.A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.Warm, humble and professional approach to leadership and service.
