We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who brings both strategic clarity and hands-on precision. Strong, relevant media relationships are essential, as is a clear understanding of the wider marketing mix — enabling you to act as a true strategic partner to our clients.

Based in our London office, this role follows a hybrid working model, with opportunities for international travel aligned with client needs and key industry moments.

Required: proven experience in luxury travel PR.

Role Summary

The Senior Account Manager is a senior client leader responsible for owning strategic relationships with prestigious clients and ensuring high-quality delivery against the scope of work, while growing accounts over time.

The role combines commercial responsibility, strategic counsel, and people leadership, acting as a bridge between agency leadership and junior account teams.

The Senior Account Manager is required to work in the office three days per week to foster collaboration, mentoring, and engagement with the agency culture.

 

Core Objectives

  • Act as a senior strategic member of the team for a portfolio of high-profile clients
  • Responsible for planning and implementing successful PR campaigns and activities according to the client’s Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Deliver work on time, on budget, and to a high level of quality
  • Grow client accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and scope expansion
  • Build, manage, and develop high-performing junior teams
  • Protect and elevate the agency’s reputation and standards
  • Help senior management convert new business opportunities
