We are seeking a passionate and driven SENDCo to join a specialist Secondary SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Northampton. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity to shape SEND provision, champion inclusive education, and support young people with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs to thrive both academically and personally.
The Role
Lead and oversee SEND provision across the schoolSupport students with SEN, SEMH, and EHCPsWork collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionalsDrive positive behaviour, wellbeing, and student progressSupport and guide staff with effective inclusive strategies
What We’re Looking For
QTS and experience within SEN or Alternative ProvisionNASENCO qualification or willingness to achieve itStrong leadership, organisation, and communication skillsPassionate, resilient, and student-centred approachFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
