Used Car Sales Executive

JKC are looking for a Used Car Sales Executive.

Your role

As a Sales Executive you are key to our business growth; selling vehicles and associated products whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities will be to:

• Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience
• Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
• Keep in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates
• Carry out high quality and accurate appraisals on part‑exchange vehicles
• Provide bespoke demonstrations on vehicle features and specification
• Participate in social media promotion of vehicles and brand
• Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty

Your profile

Applicants must have the following:

• A minimum of 3 years car sales experience with a knowledge of KeyloopDrive or similar DMS
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Full UK driving licence
