What We’re Looking ForCurrent Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie ready to step upProven experience within a fine-dining environmentItalian cuisine experience is preferred but not essentialA willingness to learn, develop, and embrace new techniquesStrong organisational and communication skillsPositive attitude and ability to thrive in a professional kitchen environment
