Executive Assistant – Role Overview
Executive Assistant supporting the Head of Real Estate, 6 direct reports and a wider team of circa 25. Based in London, offering a salary of £50,000-£53,000 plus bonus, and a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and meeting management.
- Coordinating client meetings, travel and events.
- Supporting team meetings and key documentation.
- Managing logistics, stakeholders and internal coordination.
- Maintaining accurate systems, data and team processes.
- Taking ownership of projects and driving efficiencies, including use of AI tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant within a corporate environment.
- Confident, proactive Executive Assistant who can manage upwards and work at pace.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise.
- Professional, adaptable and able to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
