Job Description:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for upcoming long-term works on a major infrastructure scheme at Sizewell C.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a high-profile project delivering complex reinforced concrete (RC) structures within a large-scale civil engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate RC structure works on site
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
- Manage technical queries, RFIs, and liaise with design teams
- Support Site Managers with daily operations and planning
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Review drawings, method statements, and risk assessments
- Maintain accurate site records and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer on RC structures
- Strong background in civil engineering projects (major infrastructure preferred)
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related field
- CSCS card (essential)
- SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable)
- Strong understanding of QA processes and documentation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
