Production Manager
The role holds full responsibility for ensuring that production output, service levels, quality, safety, cost, and compliance targets are consistently achieved. This includes accountability for on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery, labour efficiency, waste reduction, audit performance, and health & safety outcomes.
The Production Manager owns the execution of the production plan across roasting, packing, and fulfilment, and is the final decision-maker on all production-related matters, including prioritisation, sequencing, and resource allocation.

Person Specification:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing environment would be desirable.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards, including ISO14001 and BRC requirements.
- Proficient in using production management software (e.g., NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
