Senior AV Installation Engineer – Field Based / On the Road
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 basic + overtime + benefits
We’re looking for a hardworking, flexible and highly skilled Senior AV Installation Engineer to join my clients growing team.
This is a hands-on, field-based role that will suit an experienced AV professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations and leading projects from start to finish. About the Role
As a Senior AV Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering professional AV installations across a range of commercial environments. You’ll lead installation teams on-site, ensure projects are completed to a high standard, and maintain excellent attention to detail throughout every stage of the installation process.
This is not a desk-based position – you’ll be travelling to customer sites and working on exciting AV projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AV installation projects on customer sites
- Complete first-fix and second-fix installations to a high standard
- Build and commission AV racks
- Interpret technical drawings and installation documentation
- Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and professionally
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Support and mentor junior engineers where required
- Represent the company professionally on-site
