National Organisational Learning & Development Lead

Counter Terrorism Policing is looking for an Organisational Learning & Development Officer to work in Birmingham. The role focuses on leading national projects, strategic organisational learning, and building relationships with partner agencies.

Key responsibilities include implementing initiatives for national counter-terrorism exercises and managing the quality assurance regime to improve organisational learning across CT units. Occasional national travel is required.
