Midwifery Education Lead & Clinical Mentor

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Midwifery Education Team. In this role, you will facilitate clinical education and training to ensure all maternity staff provide safe, evidence-based care. You’ll support newly recruited midwives while demonstrating best practices.

Additionally, you’ll contribute to the development of clinical guidelines, support the professional development of maternity staff, and participate in multidisciplinary training programs. Your expertise will have a significant impact on the quality of care provided.
