Up to £35,000 basic with excellent uncapped commission scheme

The Role

As a New Business Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new customers.

You’ll receive qualified leads where much of the background research has already been completed, allowing you to focus on what you do best—building relationships and winning business.

Expect a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment where activity drives results and success is rewarded.

You’ll be:

  • Speaking with prospective customers daily via phone, email, and referrals
  • Managing a healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers
  • Understanding customer requirements and presenting solutions
  • Preparing competitive quotations
  • Converting opportunities into active trading accounts
  • Visiting customers and prospects where required
  • Driving repeat business and long-term customer growth
  • Keeping CRM records updated and managing your sales pipeline effectively
