Your key responsibilities as Bench Assistant General Manager:Support the General Managers in the day-to-day management of the restaurant, taking full responsibility in their absence.Maintain responsibility for the overall strategic planning, development, and success of the restaurant together with the General Manager and Head ChefAssume responsibility for budget management, including the management of direct and indirect costs.Maintain responsibility for leading, inspiring, and motivating the restaurant team to achieve stability, productivity, and loyalty.To consistently act as a role-model in delivering the highest standard of guest service. xwzovoh
