Service & Commissioning Engineer

Salary negotiable dependant on experience.

Qualifications

• Need good knowledge of Chillers/Refrigeration systems.
• Education: Relevant F-Gas and HVAC qualifications.
• Experience: 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in the service, maintenance and repair of HVAC / Chiller systems.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Chiller systems, Refrigeration cycles, HVAC controls and electrical components.
• Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in chiller systems efficiently.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and explain technical issues in a clear, professional manner.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various environments.
• Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail to ensure all systems are serviced correctly and documentation is accurate.
• Driving Licence: A full valid UK driver’s licence, as travel to various customer locations nationwide is necessary.
• Experience with Turbocore chillers, screw chillers, scroll chillers, VSD, AHU and FCU.
• Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) for controlling HVAC systems.
• Certification in HVAC or Refrigeration from recognised institutions.
• Basic 40 hrs plus travel.
• London, M25 + some UK and European travel.
• Training at factory in Italy.
• Fully expensed van provided.
• All specialist tools provided.
• Mobile & uniform.
• Standby rota.
• 20 days holidays plus bank holidays.
