Field Service Engineer (Plant / Industrial / Ex-Forces)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Overtime OTE 65k + Profit Share + Door to Door Pay + Van + 31 Days Holiday. Location: Slough.
Are you a Service Engineer from a Plant, Industrial, Ex-Forces or similar background looking to join a rapidly growing company at the forefront of their industry, offering further training through external courses, and a wealth of overtime to drastically increase your earnings?
In this field‑based role you will be performing installations, servicing and repairs on waste and recycling equipment, primarily within a 3‑hour radius of your home but with some UK‑wide travel when needed. You will be trained to a high standard in‑house then put on extra courses if needed, allowing you to become a multi‑skilled master in the industry.
Role
- Installation, repairs and servicing of waste handling equipment.
- Working on compactors, balers, shredders, conveyors and similar machinery.
- Covering the South East primarily, with some UK‑wide travel when needed.
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
- Overtime available, 1.5x, roughly 10‑15 hours a week.
Person
- Service Engineer with experience in plant, industrial, forces or similar background.
- Mechanical or electrical experience.
