Operational Tax Manager

What you’ll be doing

• Help bring together all existing operational tax data into one reliable, well‑governed source of truth.
• Streamline and simplify how data is structured, owned, and maintained across the business.
• Set clear rules for data quality, validation, and ongoing upkeep.
• Improve the accuracy of core tax data — from entity classifications to documentation and account‑holder information.
• Shape future AEOI and withholding tax reporting processes so they’re consistent, scalable, and built on the new data foundation.
• Work closely with teams across all strategies to roll out new processes in a smooth, risk‑managed way.

What you’ll bring

• Solid experience in operational tax, ideally with exposure to AEOI and withholding tax.
• A genuine interest in data — how it’s structured, governed, and kept clean.
• Confidence working with complex datasets and spotting inconsistencies or gaps.
• A practical, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to simplify messy processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with teams across the business.
• Comfort operating in a changing environment where you’ll help shape the future model
