Meraki Talent are partnering with a well-known Financial Services firm who are looking to appoint experienced Pensions Professionals. This is to join an expanding Pensions Calculations Delivery team, a specialist group of senior SMEs responsible for delivering technical calculation expertise across large-scale pension transformation programmes.
This is an opportunity to play a leading role in:
- Complex pension benefit calculation specification and assurance
- Interpreting scheme rules, legislation and discretionary practices
- Benefit correction, rectification and remedy programmes
- Data migrations, transitions and implementation projects
- Testing, validation and quality assurance of calculation solutions
- Managing calculation-related risks, assumptions and dependencies
If you have gained deep practitioner-level expertise in UK pension benefit calculations, along with a strong understanding of scheme rules and legislative interpretation, then you may want to apply. Applicants must have a strong background in delivering complex calculation solutions in challenging environments, and demonstrate the confidence to provide trusted technical advice to senior stakeholders. Additionally applicants must be able to support rectification programmes, calculation engines, automation tools, migrations or large-scale implementations would be particularly valuable.
This is a fully remote role.
