Aviva is seeking a PCW Motor Pricing Senior Manager in Leeds to lead high-performing teams and shape market-leading pricing strategies within personal lines motor insurance.

The role includes developing pricing strategies, ensuring fair treatment of customers, and maintaining strong financial performance. You’ll need strong understanding of the UK insurance market and excellent leadership skills.

Competitive salary of c. £90,000 to £110,000, plus a bonus and various benefits.
