Figame.com is a dynamic and rapidly expanding travel technology company transforming the corporate travel industry. Through our innovative proprietary booking platform and growing European footprint, we help businesses simplify and optimize their travel management processes.

We are currently seeking an External Sales Consultant to support our business growth by driving customer acquisition and expanding our presence in the United Kingdom. This position is focused exclusively on the UK market; therefore, applicants must possess strong knowledge and understanding of the UK B2B landscape.

Role Overview

As an External Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and developing a structured, data-driven approach to lead acquisition. Working closely with Sales, Product, and external partners, you will be responsible for strengthening the sales pipeline and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel lead generation strategy focused on the United Kingdom.
  • Create and implement tailored outreach initiatives targeting specific industries and customer profiles.
  • Manage and continuously improve the company’s marketing and sales technology ecosystem, including CRM platforms, email automation systems, and analytics tools.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support growth objectives.
  • Establish performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting processes to monitor effectiveness, ROI, and overall campaign performance.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure efficient lead qualification, handover, and continuous optimization of processes.
  • Analyze results, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement data-driven enhancements to maximize growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably within the SaaS, technology, or travel sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating and scaling successful lead generation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and pipeline development.
  • Experience working with HubSpot.
  • Excellent command of English; additional European language skills will be considered an advantage.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive attitude and strong focus on achieving results.
