Responsibilities

• Provide training and identify training needs for staff to support students effectively.
• Create and update EHCP plans for SEN students, ensuring adherence to school policies and values.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, following the code of conduct and school policies.
• Develop, operate, and maintain the SEN policy.
• Coordinate provision, maintain the SEND register, and analyze pupil data.

Qualifications

• National Award SENDCo qualification.
• Qualified and experienced SENDCo with a proven track record.
