Lead Staff Nurse – General Surgical Ward

Wye Valley Nhs Trust seeks a nurse for their 35 bedded General Surgical ward in Frome, England. The successful candidate will provide care for emergency general surgical patients and work closely with Critical Care and therapy teams to ensure effective patient flow and timely discharges.

The role includes facilitating multidisciplinary care, assessing and planning patient care, and managing the ward in the absence of senior staff. Candidates must have a valid NMC PIN or be awaiting registration.
