The Director of Estate and Building Control will lead on strategic planning and optimisation of the estate, and manage our fast‑paced building control service.

We are looking for a director with strong commercial acumen who can successfully balance innovation and compliance, ensuring our estate is safe, sustainable, and supports our diverse communities.

Salary: up to £150,000. Location: Brent, London (Greater). Sector: Corporate Services, Corporate Management Team, Regeneration and Local Economies. Job Role: Director.
