Technical Account Manager (Accounting/Real Estate)

Overview

Our leading software solutions business within the real estate sector are looking for a Technical Systems Analyst/Account Manager who comes from an accounting background and will be responsible for providing technical support for a wide range of software solutions, designed to meet the unique needs of different real estate markets across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for a wide range of software solutions designed to meet the needs of various real estate markets.
• Take ownership of issues, understand priorities and the client’s business, and maintain relationships with clients through regular meetings (in person where possible) to support their growth with our software.
• Engage in apply-focused problem resolution, with experience in implementing systems (ERP/CRM) considered a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting background and/or in-depth real estate experience.
• Ability to take ownership of issues, understand client priorities, and build relationships through regular client engagement.
• Experience implementing systems (ERP/CRM) is a huge advantage.
• On-site presence in Milton Keynes 1–2 days per week (more during the initial training period) and remote work for the remainder.
• Right to work in the UK; client does not offer sponsorship.
