- A continual flow of commercial property matters, some of which are high value
- Acting for a broad range of clients, including national firms and well-known brands
- The firm has a particular expertise in fast food and with gym operators
- Much of the caseload will relate to commercial leases, including the granting and taking of leases
- Some of this lease work will be complex and high value
- Sale, disposal and management of freehold and leasehold properties
