Staffing Lab is looking for a Production Engineer to join a leading global manufacturing business in Telford. You will be the technical lead for New Product Introduction, support manufacturing efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving skills, and a Level 4 qualification in Engineering. The salary is £45,000 per annum plus a 16% shift allowance, with opportunities for career development.
