The Opportunity
Executive Integrity is partnering with a market leader in digital weather intelligence for offshore and renewable energy. Their technology already underpins critical operations across the North Sea and beyond. Now they are making a strategic investment in the UK market, creating a dedicated commercial role to own and grow a portfolio of high value offshore accounts while opening new revenue in ports and onshore energy.
This hire is central to their European growth plan: the person who will turn an under serviced UK client base and strong product into sustained, measurable revenue.
The Impact You Will Have
- Own a portfolio of key UK offshore accounts, stabilising revenue and converting latent demand into multi year commitments
- Grow wallet share through structured upsell and cross sell across weather, offshore and port solutions
- Open new UK logos in offshore and ports, building a visible pipeline and shortening sales cycles through disciplined outreach
- Shape the UK go to market approach, feeding commercial insight directly into senior leadership and product teams
- Become the commercial anchor between the UK office and the wider European weather intelligence team
What Success Looks Like
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B deals in energy, offshore, maritime, ports or similarly technical environments
- Evident hunter mindset: comfortable with cold outreach, stakeholder mapping and progressing dormant or lapsed accounts
- Commercially numerate, fluent in pipeline metrics and meeting to close performance, motivated by incentive based earnings
- Self directed operator, confident working semi remotely with senior stakeholders in Aberdeen, Oslo and Dublin
- Credible and consultative with technical buyers, able to learn product detail quickly and convert it into clear commercial value
