Middle East Growth Partners (MEGP) is looking for commercially driven, UK-based senior professionals to join us as an Origination Partner – UK Business Development & Strategic M&A.
If you have strong UK client relationships but lack an established delivery footprint in continental Europe and the Middle East, this is a unique opportunity to expand your client offering.
The Opportunity:
- Act as the main client-facing relationship lead in the UK, originating mandates for strategic growth, M&A, and international expansion.
- Identify SMEs and mid-market businesses looking to expand into continental Europe and the GCC.
- Help shape the scope and commercial structure of each mandate.
- Let MEGP’s established colleagues in Europe and the GCC handle much of the downstream execution and specialist advisory delivery.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Professionals with a minimum of 10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, or accountancy-led advisory.
- Founders of boutique practices or solo consultancies with a strong, active UK network.
- Entrepreneurs comfortable with a purely performance-based model, where compensation is directly tied to the business and revenue you generate.
