Job Description
As a Software Architect, you will drive the evolution of our Player Account Management systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design of complex software systems in fast-paced environments.
- Lead development teams to ensure high-quality implementations and alignment with architectural vision.
- Collaborate with Business stakeholders to translate requirements into a robust architectural strategy.
- Guide the transformation of legacy systems into modern, cloud-based solutions.
- Develop and communicate architectural roadmaps and vision documents from business requirements.
- Mentor teams and promote technical best practices across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to software architecture governance, security standards, and quality practices.
- Act as a technical escalation point and provide expert guidance across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in a dedicated Architect role, with a track record of designing and delivering complex software systems in fast-paced environments.
- Experience producing vision documents and technical roadmaps from business requirements.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., VB.Net, WPF, C#, MSSQL Server) and successful migration to modern cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of modern technology stacks including GoLang, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
- Strong background in microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders up to and including C-suite. Strong mentoring and guidance capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
