Job Description

As a Software Architect, you will drive the evolution of our Player Account Management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead the design of complex software systems in fast-paced environments.
  • Lead development teams to ensure high-quality implementations and alignment with architectural vision.
  • Collaborate with Business stakeholders to translate requirements into a robust architectural strategy.
  • Guide the transformation of legacy systems into modern, cloud-based solutions.
  • Develop and communicate architectural roadmaps and vision documents from business requirements.
  • Mentor teams and promote technical best practices across the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to software architecture governance, security standards, and quality practices.
  • Act as a technical escalation point and provide expert guidance across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a dedicated Architect role, with a track record of designing and delivering complex software systems in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience producing vision documents and technical roadmaps from business requirements.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., VB.Net, WPF, C#, MSSQL Server) and successful migration to modern cloud-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of modern technology stacks including GoLang, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
  • Strong background in microservices and cloud-native architectures.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders up to and including C-suite. Strong mentoring and guidance capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.

  • Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending innovative enhancements to support scalability and reliability.
  • Ensuring adherence to software architecture best practices, governance, and security standards.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for technical challenges, providing mentorship and expert guidance.
