We are seeking an exceptional Law Firm CEO / Managing Partner candidate to lead the platform from inception, driving strategic growth, acquisition integration, client development, and firm culture. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded legal leader to create significant equity value while shaping a market-leading professional services business.

As CEO / Managing Partner, you will have responsibility for:
– Defining and executing the firm’s growth strategy.
– Leading acquisition activity and post-deal integration.
– Building a high-performance culture and leadership team.
– Developing client relationships and revenue streams.
– Creating long-term value for shareholders, employees, and clients.
