nThe OpportunitynnYou will join a well-established Commercial team, working closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of commercial matters. The role offers excellent client exposure from the outset and the opportunity to develop strong technical and commercial expertise.

nKey Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements

Advising clients on day-to-day commercial and contractual matters

Supporting on complex commercial transactions and projects

Assisting clients across a variety of sectors, including technology, professional services, and commercial businesses

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business services teams

Contributing to business development and networking activities

About You

Newly Qualified Solicitor, or due to qualify shortly

Experience gained within a Commercial Law seat during training

Strong drafting and analytical skills

Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

Excellent communication and client relationship skills

Enthusiastic, ambitious, and eager to develop your career in Commercial Law

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
