Job purpose
The Chief Technology Officer is a key member of the HQ team, responsible for leading our technology team and driving the technology vision and roadmap. As a lead technologist, will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development and implementation of our SaaS based mar-tech solutions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company and our growing ecosystem of technology platforms.
Technology Strategy
– Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, working closely with the CIO, COO and other senior leaders.
– Lead the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that drive business growth.
– Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
– Serve as a technical advisor to the COO and board of directors, providing regular updates on technology initiatives, industry trends, and progress toward strategic objectives.
Team Management
– Build, inspire and lead a high-performing team of technology professionals.
– Cultivate a culture of psychological safety, continuous learning and professional development, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
– Celebrate inclusion, diversity, credibility, reliability, and team playing.
Platform
– Oversee the selection and implementation of our technology platforms and tools.
– Architect and deploy a robust infrastructure to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.
– Regularly review our technology ecosystem and drive improvement initiatives.
– Ensure the security and reliability of our technology ecosystem.
Finance
– Own the Technology Budget.
– Work with COO and CFO to identify savings and efficiencies.
– Review resource regularly across every Technology department.
HR
– Regular Performance Reviews of all Technology People (KPI Reviews).
– Motivate and Direct People across all Technical Departments.
– Drive performance enhancing initiatives across all Technical Departments

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in a high-growth SaaS business.
- Significant experience in software architecture and building software products from early stage through to scaling and maturity.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and working with agile development teams.
- Proven track record of building and growing highly motivated technology teams.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of full-stack modern development practices (ex: DevOps, APIs).
