This Management Accountant role comes with a competitive salary of £40,000 – £45,000 per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus. The company is committed to growing its loan book to £250 million and lending £25 million per month across the UK.

As a Management Accountant, you will:

• Provide accurate and timely financial information to the Senior Leadership Team.

• Lead and upskill direct reports within the finance team.

n

• Distil complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

n

• Produce management accounts for two main companies using Sage 50 and Bright Office software.

n

• Report on covenant compliance for funders.

n

• Write commentary for Management Accounts presented to the SLT.

n

• Develop relationships with key funders and top investors.

n

• Prepare and produce consolidated accounts for both companies.

The ideal Management Accountant candidate will:

• Be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified for at least 2 years.

n

• Have experience in specialist lending (advantageous but not essential).

• Be proficient in Sage 50 and Bright Office software.

• Have strong commercial instincts and a keen eye for detail.

n

• Enjoy developing and upskilling team members.

n

• Be proactive in ensuring the company has the liquidity required for growth.
