Management Accountant

Our client is a rapidly expanding flexible working provider, providing some of the fastest growing companies with working communities and event space. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive company with a growth mindset.

They are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team, to be a point of contact for the wider business for finance related matters.

This will be a hands-on role, with key responsibilities being:

• Preparation of month-end reports and reconciliations, including the consolidation of profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Managing treasury operations to ensure sufficient cash flow to meet business obligations.
• Overseeing the payables and receivables functions, including training, mentoring, and reviewing the responsibilities and deliverables of Finance Assistants.
• Assisting with the monitoring of capital expenditure for new and existing projects and accurately forecasting project and group cash flows over a 36-month period.
• Preparing inputs (trial balances and supporting documentation) for the year-end financial statements in accordance with FRS 102.
• Managing the audit process for all group companies and coordinating with external auditors.

The ideal candidate for this role will be:

• Qualified accountant, ACA/CA, ACCA or CIMA (finalists considered).
• Either practice trained, and have FRS 102 experience.
• Or trained in industry with experience of running a month-end process.
