Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Finance Manager for a growth focussed, service lead, SME, who are currently going through a period of growth and looking for a forward thinking, driven individual to grow with them whilst taking full control of the finance function.
The Finance Manager / Financial Controller will oversee a team of 5 to lead the management pack reporting function, challenge current methods and influence change to ensure a slick process, whilst ensuring strong attention to detail and timely delivery.
Finance Manager – The Role
- Drive continuous improvement across systems and current process
- Put in place a robust management pack reporting function
- Partner with divisional FD to deliver required level of reporting
- Deliver customer analysis to ensure informed decision making
- Challenge influence and lead senior leadership through key decisions
- Lead small team
The Finance Manager / Financial Controller position is ideal for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in growth organisations in either professional services or high transactional environments and now want to take full ownership for the function from a day to day and strategic perspective.
Salary up to £70k + Benefits – office based
