Business Development Coordinator

Fit out experience essential

8.30-5pm/ Fully office based

Role and Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility to maximize sales opportunities

• Work with estimating team to review incoming enquiries and clarify any queries/discrepancies with contractor by raising RFI’s – confirmation in writing if possible

• Follow up project quotations, negotiating to secure orders, ensuring relevant notes recorded on HubSpot, close dates updated etc.

• Working with the Estimating/Pre-Con team on any queries during the tender process

• Comprehensive hand over of secured projects to Project Manager in conjunction with estimator, ensuring all paper and electronic files in good order

• Keep up to date with product developments, particularly non standard product or key issues that may have been discussed during the tender/pre con period

• Working with Sales Director to develop annual territory sales plan and individual account plans for key accounts, monitor progress

• Network with customers and suppliers to build network of contacts

• Adhere to all relevant company processes
