Job Purpose and Summary
Canon EMEA are looking for a diligent individual to join the ITCG Business Unit as a Business Administration Coordinator. The Pan-European (PE) Sales Department’s purpose is to drive print consumables sales effectively and efficiently through our Distribution Channel Partners within a unified and centralized approach across EU15 countries
The purpose of this role is to provide sales management support to the Pan-European sales management team and contacts across EMEA.

What we ask
This role will provide you with a variety of responsibilities, including:
To execute Pan-European Sales processes with accuracy, efficiency and good customer service and communication. This will be through:
- Administering contractual rebates, MDF Investment Funds, Tender Claim Credit Notes etc.
- Collecting data and providing some insights to sales team.
- Executing payments to the channel partners in a timely manner.
- Submitting the sales forecast twice a month based on input from Product Management team
- Participating in SGA expense budget planning for the ITCG Sales Team.
- Presenting to internal and external stakeholders a summary of rebate payments
To provide sales support to HQ and National Sales Offices (NSOs) through:
- Handling queries and issues from key account channel partners and NSOs.
- Managing NSO channel requests on pricing, product information etc.

- A sense of customer focus and commercial attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. PowerBI experience also desirable.
- To have the ability to work across a European context.
- European languages advantageous.
