The Role:

The Junior Producer, Experiential role is a key role within the agency as you will be supporting the project team on the delivery of production elements both in the office during pre-production and onsite at live events. It’s a junior role that is a great starting point for gaining production and technical knowledge, along with understanding the process of a project from brief to delivery.

Within this role you will work alongside all members of the project team on a varied range of projects that may include experiential marketing, events or hybrid virtual events.

Responsibilities (General)

  2. Prioritise daily workload and communicate with the team in a timely manner if you have any questions or foresee there being any delays.
  3. Be organised, proactive and show initiative.
  4. Communicate proactively and professionally with your colleagues.
  5. Be available and approachable to support the team.

  7. Have a willingness to be involved with pitch and presentation work for the new business or creative departments.
  8. Keep up to date with social, digital and cultural trends.
  9. Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge through reading publications and journals.
  10. Continually work to improve client relationships.

Responsibilities (Account/Project/Production)

  1. Ensure that all production/project processes are completed to the highest standard, are accurate, to budget and on time.
  2. Attend weekly project team and client meetings and take minutes.
  3. Create, update and distribute contact sheets, agendas, status reports, production schedules and travel lists.
  4. Research, collate and format keynote documents to present to clients, this could be for venues, build or technical elements, materials etc.
  5. Research supplier options, collate into supplier database and present them to the Production Manager or Production Director.
  6. Liase with suppliers and external contractors in a positive and relationship building manner.
  7. Support the Production Manager and wider team in tasks that require support.
  8. Logging receipts, creating purchase orders, and feeding into the budget management process.
  9. Represent the agency to clients, suppliers, and guests in a positive and approachable manner.
  10. Continually work hard to improve client satisfaction.
  11. Actively seek new ways to improve on completing tasks quickly and sharing methods with the team.
  12. Own parts of the budget & client management process, both internally and for the client.
  13. Have ownership over some technical elements such as build, branding, AV etc.
  14. Build on your knowledge of our client’s brand identities and what would and wouldn’t work for each client.
  15. Build on your production and creative knowledge and if desired learn systems and programs within these departments, such as SketchUp, CAD, Illustrator.
  16. Continue to build on existing skills for delivering successful events.
  17. Have a passion and knowledge of the latest tech innovations and keep up to date with innovative technologies, materials, and sustainability.
  18. Build on knowledge of technical drawings and basic layouts.
  19. Have some experience of software to include CAD, Photoshop and Sketchup.
  20. Experience in office sharing programmes (Word, Excel, Teams).
  21. Mac user.
  22. Communicates effectively and constructively with the team and clients.
  23. Excellent written and presentation ability.
  24. Able to complete tasks at expected quality with strong attention to detail.
  25. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload.
  26. Flexible approach to problem solving.
  27. Bring fresh ideas to the team and challenge the status quo.
  28. Be experienced in working individually or within a team on a variety of projects.
  29. Be confident when selling ideas to clients and colleagues.
  30. Have a passion and knowledge of the latest tech innovations.
  31. Experience in a fast-paced working environment.
  32. 2-3 years industry experience.
