Our client is a global leader in Sportsbook and Online Casino and they are now looking at scaling up their European operations. They’re seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis in the UK, London.
About the Role:
The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for creating and maintaining automation test scripts. They will run the automation tests and prepare a quality report for both functional and non-functional features of the client’s products.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors business and functional requirements for tests and documents of test cases and assist to resolve all issues.
- Implements test cases and evaluates the results and prepares test data in the required framework.
- Monitors development cycles and implements scripts in parallel.
- Administers, develops and maintains automation scripts and reviews product changes.
- Coordinates with developers to provide efficient feedback and partners with the manual test team to implement manual test cases.
- Coordinates with discovery teams to design test plans and analyze functional and non-functional requirements for the automation test framework.
- Administers performance of all regression tests on functional processes and develops required tests.
- Meets with the product design team to discuss verification protocols.
- Identifies the product’s weaknesses and target areas.
- Identifies quality issues and creates test reports.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
- Previous experience working as a QA Automation Engineer.
- Advanced programming skills including automation systems and databases.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good project management skills.
