Senior Electronics Engineer

Senior Electronics Engineer – South West London/Surrey – £60,000 – £75,000 pa

A leading electronics manufacturer specialising in the instrumentation sector, is looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join their R&D team after continued success and natural growth this year.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, design & test PCBs and electronics modules
2. Design analogue & digital circuits and select suitable components based on product requirements
3. Create proper design documentation, test plans, BOMs etc.
4. Support manufacturing & production team with testing & fault finding

Key Skills/Experience:

1. Degree in Electronics or another relevant discipline
2. PCB Design & Layout (Altium preferred)
3. Analogue and digital circuit design
4. Hardware debugging/validation
5. Good knowledge of key design principles across analogue, digital, embedded & power electronics
6. Good analytical/problem solving skills

Desirable Skills:

1. FPGA design & simulation
2. VHDL
3. Embedded C/C++
4. Microcontrollers & Peripherals
