Account Manager Account Manager – B2B Sales & Customer Service Location: Biggleswade Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 + Profit Share Scheme Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Early finish on Fridays) The Role We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to manage a portfolio of 10-20 varied accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship management, following up on leads, and providing outstanding service. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop 10-20 key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and excellent service Follow up on warm leads and identify opportunities for account growth
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
- What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer service
- A proactive approach to building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- A Full UK Driving License is required
- An interest in high performance vehicles would be desirable but not essential
