Position: Business Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose solutions that add value.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Be the first point of contact to handle client inquiries and connect clients with the most appropriate solutions that meets their need.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales role and 2 years of customer service.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology or a related field is preferred.
  • New graduates from high school and college encouraged to apply.

This is primarily a sales role that will involve cold calling clients to connect them with the most suitable service for their business and/or personal needs. This role also involves customer service to support clients as they navigate through our onboarding process.

Compensation:

The Business Sales Coordinator is paid between £15 to £18 for each sale transaction that they successfully close. Tiered incentives will be applied based on the number of sales that are closed without retractions within a month.
