Job Overview

MDE UK is seeking a Quality Manager for an Aerospace & Defence Component manufacturer near Bristol. Key Responsibilities

1. Control and improve quality throughout the organization to meet customer expectations.
2. Manage the quality team and promote a right-first-time approach.
3. Advise on measurement techniques and foster continuous improvement.
4. Operate within an AS9100 quality environment.
5. Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• AS9100 Lead Auditor qualification (IRCA certified).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in an AS9100 environment.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a precision machining inspection department.
• IOSH certification; NEBOSH preferred.
